The influence of neurotransmitters

 

The influence of hormones

 

Personality types based on brain chemicals and the implications of different personality types in the workplace

 

Work styles based on brain chemicals and managing teams consisting of employees with these different styles

 

Day 2

 

Relevant research including the relationship between resonant leadership and effective leadership, the relationship between resonant leadership and coherence in the brain

 

Trust and the 8 building blocks for a trust environment and guiding leaders to build trust

 

Creative thinking and innovation: The default network including the application of neuroscience, innovation and creativity

Reward systems including the importance of gut feelings, the control network and creating achievable goals, resilience and feedback

 

The SCARF Model for neuro-leadership

 

Reframing as a means of redefining situations and applying framestorming

 

Using the agile brain tool as a means of improving decision-making, risk taking and leadership abilities

 

The programme concludes with a number of suggested brain tools and brain games designed to develop mindfulness and brain sharpness
